METHOD OF SHIPMENT
Orders
To buy our products you must: fill out the order form, make a purchase as a guest or as a customer by creating your account. You will then need to provide your details to issue your receipt or invoice and ship the products. Following the instructions, choose the payment method and send your order.

Shipments within Greece
Shipments are made via ACS courier and average delivery time is estimated at 1-4 working days depending on destination. In case you choose the payment by deposit to a Bank Account, the duration of the execution of the order is extended until the amount of the order is credited to our account.
Shipping fee for orders within Greece is 3€.
Shipments to Cyprus
The shipping time in Cyprus is 10-12 working days and the cost is €12, while there is also the possibility of express shipping, the cost of which depends on the volume of the order and the cost starts from €20.
Delivery
The products are delivered to the address that the customer states during registration as the delivery address. The customer will also be provided with a copy of the sales receipt or invoice. Deliveries will be made upon receipt, with the recipient’s signature on the relevant documents.
In case there is a problem with availability or for any other reason we will contact you.
Monitoring
If your order has been delivered to ACS, you can find out where your package is by using the tracking number, which is posted on the “My Account” page.
Delays
Order delivery may be delayed:
- During periods of high commercial traffic (Holidays, Sales)
- Due to adverse weather conditions
- In case of force majeure

PAYMENT POLICY
The indicated final prices of the products include 24% VAT. The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notification to the customer. Regardless of the price fluctuation, the customer always pays the value indicated on the product at the time of completing the order.
