Α. GENERAL
The website www.oikosaromaton.gr [hereinafter “oikosaromaton.gr”] was created by the company with the name “GEORGIA MARAGOUDAKI”, with VAT number 119991285, and the distinctive title “House of Perfumes” [hereinafter “the Company”]. It is the intellectual property of the Company both in accordance with Law 2121/1993 “On Intellectual Property” as amended and in force today, and in accordance with the international conventions signed by Greece.
The Company retains the exclusive intellectual property rights in the design and the entire content of the website. Any violation of these rights of the Company, in any way, entails all the responsibilities and penalties prescribed by law.
The Company provides the services of the website oikosaromaton.gr with the following terms of use, which the user is invited to read carefully and then proceed to use the services of the online store only if he fully accepts them and only if he unreservedly consents to the application their.
Any use of the website www.oikosaromaton.gr and in particular any transaction through the website oikosaromaton.gr implies the full acceptance of the terms of use by the user, which constitute the only binding agreement between the user and the Company, valid as if they had signed in writing.

PRODUCTS
The products available through our store are of excellent quality and meet all the necessary specifications. Also, the use for which they were designed is clearly stated. For any different use or application beyond that for which they were manufactured and recommended by our online store, the user is solely responsible. The purchase of any product from our online store www.oikosaromaton.gr means that you accept the terms and conditions.
This also automatically validates the present disclaimer of responsibility of our online store. Our online store guarantees that all the information about the ingredients and the use of the products is real. Reviews and comments that may exist on some perfumes are from customers who have tried our products and give their opinion for a more correct and fair guidance. We are always at your disposal either by phone or email to explain or analyze anything about the perfume you are interested in.
The store bears no responsibility in case of incorrect entry of prices, ml, or aromatic names.
REGISTRATION
Registration on the website requires the use of the user’s true information. During registration, the user is required to provide name, surname, postal address, e-mail address and contact telephone number.
In order to avoid confusion, the selection and/or use of a username that could refer or connect a user to services of oikosaromaton.gr or to an administrator of oikosaromaton.gr is prohibited. (such as administrator1, admin, webmaster, etc.). It is also forbidden to use personal data as passwords, such as names, phone numbers, etc., regardless of whether or not they correspond to reality.
oikosaromaton.gr reserves the right, if it becomes aware of any of the above, to deactivate any such account, at any time and without any warning to the user.
oikosaromaton.gr considers that all persons who register on oikosaromaton.gr and transact with the Company through it are capable of legal action and that the submission of an order constitutes a valid declaration of intent.
MEMBER ACCOUNT
After completing their registration, the user receives a confirmation message of his registration to the e-mail address he has declared during their registration with the information and the security code (password) they have declared.
The user remains personally and solely responsible for all transactions carried out through their account. The user must take care of securing the security code and the formal exit from the website.
If any unauthorized use of your account or any actual or potential security breach is detected, you must immediately inform oikosaromaton.gr. The Company is not responsible for any harm or damage resulting from the inability of users to respect and follow this contractual term.
PERSONAL DATA
The Company keeps a File of Personal Data of the users of oikosaromaton.gr in accordance with the requirements of law 2742/1997 as amended and in force today and has legally notified the keeping of its File to the Personal Data Protection Authority. All User Data is registered in the Archive of oikosaromaton.gr. are exclusively those declared by the Subjects themselves during their registration.
The purpose of gathering this Data is to store it on a server and use it to send the products ordered by the Subjects to the addresses they declare. For the purpose of storage only the Data is kept in Greece. The user’s consent to the Terms of Use of oikosaromaton.gr. provides at the same time the Subject’s express consent for the processing and transmission of his Personal Data.
Users (Data Subjects) have the right to delete, correct, modify, update the Data they have declared, and even deactivate their registration, at any time, by contacting sales@oikosaromaton.gr. At the same address, users can address any information or objection regarding the processing of the Personal Data they have declared, in accordance with the law.
The Company undertakes not to sell, rent or in any way publish and/or communicate the details of the users of oikosaromaton.gr to any third party. oikosaromaton.gr can channel its users’ data to third legal and/or natural persons only if:
- It has the prior consent of the users for the channeling of the data and information concerning them.
- The legal and natural persons that cooperate with oikosaromaton.gr have the right to process the personal information that the users of oikosaromaton.gr submit to it, only to the extent that it is absolutely necessary to provide technical or other support to oikosaromaton.gr or to serve the requests of the users themselves and are bound by corresponding terms of compliance with the protection of these data.
- It is mandated due to compliance with the relevant provisions of the law and to the competent authorities alone.
The Company also undertakes not to use your email address for sending spam. It has, however, the right to send informational messages (newsletters) about the operation, products or services of oikosaromaton.gr, unless you expressly object to this, by contacting the address sales@oikosaromaton.gr or if you unsubscribe from the list of updates.

TRADEMARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The website oikosaromaton.gr was created, belongs to and is the intellectual property of the Company, in accordance with Law 2121/1993 (as amended and in force today) and the international conventions signed by Greece. The Company retains the exclusive intellectual property rights in the design, the source code, the database and all the content of the website (including images, graphics, photos, plans, texts, the services provided and in general all the files of this website). Any violation of these rights, in any way, entails all the responsibilities and penalties prescribed by law. Indicative and not limiting, it is prohibited to copy, edit, modify, publish, distribute in any way, the texts, photos and the content of the oikosaromaton.gr database without the written permission of the Company. It is also prohibited to copy, edit or in any way the unauthorized use of the oikosaromaton.gr software.
The trademarks contained in oikosaromaton.gr are registered trademarks of the Company and third-party organizations, companies or entities that are beneficiaries and are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European law, international conventions and treaties. Use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Names of branded perfumes are listed only to facilitate finding the olfactory note. Our company is not related to the listed perfume houses. Trademarks and copyrights are the property of their respective manufacturers. The perfumes on this website are “type” and – after first being compared to their branded version – they so closely resemble the aromatic composition of the branded ones, that they are faithful imitations of them.
DUTIES, APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS
The above terms and conditions of use of oikosaromaton.gr, as well as any subsequent amendment thereof, are governed and supplemented by Greek law. By accepting these terms of use, you also accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Chania for the interpretation or resolution of any dispute or dispute arising from the visit or use of oikosaromaton.gr.
All the above terms are agreed to be essential. Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from this, without affecting the validity of the other terms.
This constitutes the overall agreement between the Company and the service user of oikosaromaton.gr and only binds them. No modification of these terms will be considered and will not form part of this agreement unless it has been made in accordance with these terms of use, has not been expressed in writing online and has not been incorporated into it.
If you do not fully agree with these terms of use, you must not use the services of oikosaromaton.gr.
Γ. TERMS OF TRANSACTION
These transaction terms cover every transaction (sale of products and their shipment) between the user and the Company through the website www.oikosaromaton.gr. The acceptance of them is subject to the signing of a written agreement.
oikosaromaton.gr considers that the persons dealing with the site are capable of legal action and the submission of an order is a valid declaration of intent.
Each submission of an online order form signifies your acceptance of these terms.
To complete an order, it is necessary to complete and send the special order form on the oikosaromaton.gr website. Your order is considered valid when you receive a relevant notification from oikosaromaton.gr to the e-mail you used to place it, that your order has been received. All the details of your order are included in the relevant confirmation email. If you discover any error, you must immediately notify the Company thereof.

TRANSACTION SECURITY
Transactions with the oikosaromaton.gr online store are carried out through encrypted communications (SSL).
TIME OF DELIVERY COMPLETION
After the completion of the order, the consumer (user) receives the proof of receipt of the order at the e-mail address he/she has declared during registration. The products are delivered to the ACS Courier service within two (2) working days of placing the order. Any corrections to the order can be made within three (3) hours of its submission.
If the products ordered by the user are not delivered due to the fault of the Company within thirty (30) days of acceptance of the order, the user is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
